There is a lot of transport in the organizers' park. There are passenger cars, minivans and large comfortable buses. The main cars for small, medium and long distances are equipped with air conditioning and a security system. Buses with toilets are provided for long routes. All equipment undergoes constant technical and sanitary maintenance, receives the necessary tourist permits, and drivers are checked before each trip.

We work without prepayment. Absolutely any group excursions are paid already on the bus, or in the process. The exceptions are prepayments for individual excursions and excursions where it is required to buy plane tickets, or to issue documents. The main programs are paid directly during the transfer. There is no need to look for someone to pay money for the tour. The organizer will approach you himself. It is possible to pay in cash in dollars, euros and Egyptian pounds. It is also possible to consider an alternative payment option by agreement.

Egypt is a sufficiently regulated country, especially with regard to tourism. In order for a car or yacht to go on an excursion, it is required daily to obtain permission from the police and the military. And if the organizers do not have a license to carry out tourist activities, then they naturally will not receive any permits. That is why for some excursions we can ask you for data or photos of vouchers and passports (this applies to sea excursions in Sharm El-Sheikh, individual excursions and some group ones, if this requires leaving the city. For other excursions, permits are issued simply for the number of people and passport data is not required).

Some guides in hotels, unfortunately, try to convince tourists that supposedly insurance does not work with third-party tour organizers, except for his tour company. It is not true.

Firstly, your travel insurance is valid throughout Egypt, as it is valid for the travel company.

Secondly, if you are on a ship, bus and other transport, the organizer is fully liable to passengers. Otherwise, he simply will not be able to get permission to carry out tour activities. In Egypt, quite strict tourist rules and permits are required before each trip.

We always warn that it is important not to forget anything and check things when getting off the bus or yacht at the end of the tour. If you have lost something, it is quite difficult to return it, since all the transport is leaving for cleaning. Of course, we help tourists find their belongings, but we cannot guarantee a 100% refund. Please be careful!

We have a fairly large daily incoming flow of program bookings from tourists, so most excursions are organized every day, or by days of the week and a specific schedule presented in the description of each program. After booking, we will send you the exact time when you will be picked up from the hotel. You will make many trips with small hotel groups that purchased excursions from tour operators, only with the difference that our price is lower from 40% to 60% (our organizers conduct all major excursions in Hurghada and Sharm El-Sheikh for Russian-speaking tourists).

Photographers on excursions are individuals who do not work for the organizers and represent their company. Therefore, all agreements between you and the photographers remain in your area of responsibility. We do not recommend giving money in advance if you are not sure that the photos will be delivered. If you do not need photos, we recommend that you tell the photographers about it in advance to avoid unnecessary intrusiveness on their part.
